It is recommended that the City Council approve an interim use permit to do body work and painting of vehicles at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue with the following conditions: a. That the interim use permit be for a 10 year period. b. That improvements to the site and building to reach compliance with the City's design standards, be accomplished according to Dennis Welsch's alternative 3 time table for immediate improvement of the site. c. That staff approve a landscape plan with the addition of total screening along the south side of the parking lot. Council Action Requested: 1.
