I <br />have had, and continue to live with the detrimental impact of the <br />Indianhead site along County C for years in trying to lease my <br />property on that block. The proposed special use permit would <br />bring that same blight to Oakcrest. <br /> <br />In fact, in order to protect my investment in the area, I have <br />offered to purchase the property and redevelop it in a more <br />acceptable manner. <br /> <br />I ask the city to turn down this request so that Oakcrest might <br />continue to improve its curb appeal consistent with this area of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br /> <br />ba1::~~~ ::e:; dent- <br /> <br />2575 N.
