I feel compelled to point out that the property being
addressed is currently in an unsightly condition due to the many
large orange trucks parked haphazardly on the frontage of Oakcrest
Avenue. It seems to me that the type of business performed by
Boyer Ford Trucks is not conducive with other businesses along
the Oakcrest Avenue frontage, and where the direction has been
given to improving the appearance of buildings and landscapes.

Therefore, the statement I wish to convey to the Planning
Commission of the City of Roseville regarding the above matter
is that I am absolutely against granting approval to Boyer
Ford Trucks' request for a special use permit.

My property and I will be represented at the September 8, 1993,
meeting of the Planning Commission at Roseville city Hall by
Jim Moeller who is a staff member of Arthur Shuster, Inc.

Sincerely,

ARTHUR SHUSTER, INC.

Arth~~r

Chairman of the Board

AS/bd
