County <br />Road C with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That 25 parking spaces be reserved on site for the rental <br />cars. <br /> <br />2 . That all washing, vacuuming, and other car preparation be <br />done completely within the building. No car repair or other <br />maintenance is to be done on site. <br /> <br />3. That no trailers or other equipment be stored on site. <br /> <br />4. That additional landcaping be provided in front of the <br />parking area to screen the cars from County Road C to a <br />height of at least 2.5 feet. <br /> <br />5.
