FollOWing 1s description of what I have done, what <br />I ha~e found, and certain recommendations that I am making with <br />respect to the property. <br /> <br />1. I have called David Bishop who has indicated to me that <br />all the environmental reports which he bas pertaining to the <br />Lexington School Site property were delivered to you previously. <br /> <br />2. I have briefly looked at the reports and found that one <br />underground storage tank was pulled from the property in 1991 and <br />two more tanks were removed from the property in 1993. <br /> <br />3. I called the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to <br />ascertain what notifications have filed with the Agency. From my <br />telephone call I was told that a notificatiol1 has been filed <br />showing that there were originally four tanks on the property. One <br />tank was apparently removed in May of 1991. Two additional tanks <br />were apparently removed on April 20 of 1993. There is no <br />information concerning the fourth tank. However, I have been <br />advised that this fourth tank Was only 250 gallons in Si8e and <br />being that it was a fuel oil tank is exempt from the filing <br />requirements. In discussions with the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency I ~as also told that a pre-notice for tank removal in 1991 <br />was filed. aowever, no post-removal notifioation has been filed. <br />A'post-removal notification was filed in the ease of the 1993 tank <br />removals and presumably a pre-removal notice was also filed. <br /> <br />4.
