Those of us who live south of Hwy 36 <br />like the idea of having a nice park on "this side of the tracks". The <br />proposed plan as presented makes this possibility a reality and also <br />gives one of the larger churches in Roseville an opportunity to offer <br />its services to more people. <br /> <br />I consider a church such as Roseville Lutheran a strong asset for the <br />city of Roseville. And the parks of Roseville have long been known <br />for their beauty. I feel that the proposed plan becomes a great <br />opportunity to enhance both of these fine assets.
