This letter to you expresses my
support for the current issue before you - the acquisition of the Lexington
School property through a proposed swap with the purchase agreement with
Roseville Lutheran Church.

I believe such a swap would be beneficial to the whole City of Roseville
because it would make possible a larger park which includes green space. I
do not see where it would be harmful to either of the neighborhoods involved
that are close by. The other advantage would be that the Roseville Lutheran
Church proposed plans would keep green space with a playground for children
if the swap were to take place.

Keeping this Lexington School property land as parkland would be beneficial
to all Roseville residents.

Thank you for your consideration of this matter.

v~
t?1 ,: ~t:2
