I do not need
to point out the benefits to the city from a larger park; you know of these.

However, I want to stress that Roseville Lutheran is a church where young
people and young families gather to take advantage of the programs. As you
know, not all churches are drawing teenagers, but Roseville Lutheran is,
because the church is meeting their needs. Please consider how this healthy
atmosphere for our young people is of a great benefit to all of us in this
wonderful community. both now and in the future.

It would be a shame if Roseville Lutheran had to rebuild elsewhere and possibly
disrupt this participation. I am a grandmother, with no young family members
in Roseville, but I am the first to say I enjoy living here, I enjoy the
parks. I enjoy the many wonderful growing families and I enjoy the relative
safety I feel in Roseville.

Let us do all we can to help as many as 'p0ssible lead healthy, happy lives
with strong Christian committments. Let us hope we can help everyone of
these young people grow up with good, solid morals, live drug-free lives and
make the future of Roseville just as wonderful as it is today!

Thank you for your consideration of this matter, thank you for the time you
spend on this issue and forgive me for such a long letter.

Sincerely,

~;)~

Maxine Sandvig
483-6008
