April 14, 1993 Pronto pennit to add footage & move drilling machines no alteration of emissions by kind or amount 5. June 30, 1993 Amendment No.2 to add ink screener potential emissions: 1.4 tpy VOC increase 6. Dec 13, 1993 Amendment No. 3 to add a process unit potential emissions: 6 tpy particulate matter increase 73 tpy VOC increase Facility status is non-major for purposes of Title I of the Clean Air Act and is permitted under prior state rules.
