We have taken, and will
continue to take, whatever steps are necessary in order to uphold our obligation to the
community and our neighbors. Of the many steps that we have took, one of the first was
the formation of an employee-management based committee to help deal with any
concerns regarding our role in the Roseville community. This committee; The Advance
Circuits Community Relations Committee, will be dealing with all issues pertaining to our
role in the community. The Community Relations Committee is committed to the goal of
making the Advance Circuits team a friendly and responsible neighbor to all the people of
Roseville. We look forward to making this goal a reality. Also enclosed is a letter that we
recently sent to our neighbors. Please read it over, and if you have any comments or
suggestions, let us know. We look forward to the possibility of working with you on these
community issues.

Thank you,
Advance Circuits Community Relations Committee
