We have taken many <br />steps in order to better integrate our company and facility into the community. And we <br />will continue to make many more. We realize that this will be no easy task, however, we <br />are very committed to making this goal a reality. As you are aware from your recent <br />meeting with Cindy Menge, Advance Circuits has formed an employee-management based <br />committee to help deal with these issues. This committee's formal name is the Advance <br />Circuits Community Relations Committee. This committee will be dealing with all <br />issues pertaining to Advance Circuits role in the surrounding community. We will set the <br />highest standards regarding Advance Circuits role as a corporate citizen, and will settle for <br />nothing less. Enclosed is a copy of the letter that we recently sent to our neighbors.
