A. We are providing you with the following list of" contacts." These are the supervisory personnel who will be responding to your concerns once you call the specified Pager #. The following people are the ones who will respond to your call, along with the time and days that they are responsible for: --Jeff Martin, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:40am-2:40pm --Kevin McGuire, 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:40pm-1 0:40pm --Kevin Storm, 3rd shift, Sunday night-Thursday night, 10:40pm-6:40pm --Gaye Christoferson, weekend days, 6:40am-6:40pm --Colleen Smith, weekend nights, 6:40pm-6:40am These people will respond quick and courteously to any concerns that you may have. 3 . We would like to know how you feel on a variety of issues concerning Advance Circuits role in the surrounding community. Therefore, sometime in the next couple of weeks we will be sending you a survey that we would like you to respond to. We feel that if we are more aware of your concerns on specific issues, we will be better able to design a plan that responds to your needs. After we review your responses to the 1 st survey, we will respond to your greatest concerns. Then periodically, we will send you subsequent surveys to track our progress. 4. Pledge to our neighbors: we at Advance Circuits are deeply concerned by any problems or disturbances that we cause for you. As such, we are issuing the following : PLEDGE TO OUR NEIGHBORS Advance Circuits and the Community Relations Committee pledge to our neighbors that we will take any necessary actions needed to improve our relationship with you, our neighbors. That if your life is disrupted in any way, we will respond to your concern without delay.
