advance circuits, inc.
1633 Terrace Drive
St. Paul, Minnesota 55113
Phone (612) 636-1011

October 29, 1993

Dear Neighbor,

The employee-management team at Advance Circuits would like you to know that we
highly value your input regarding Advance Circuits standing within the community. We
feel that just as a corporation has a responsibility to it's customers, it also has an even
greater responsibility to its neighbors, community, and environment. For above all, these
are the essential characteristics that any society needs; a strong sense of community, active
involvement of it's citizenry, a clean environment, and friendly neighbors. As such, when
we hear that we are not upholding our responsibility to our neighbors and community, we
rightly become concerned. As a result of your input in pointing out any problems we have
regarding; disturbances, noise pollution, and Advance Circuits general demeanor, we are
initiating several steps to better integrate our facility and company into the community.
1. We have formed an employee-management based community relations committee.
The goal of this committee will be to strengthen Advance Circuits relationship with
the surrounding community. This committee will deal with all issues pertaining to
Advance Circuits role in the community. When any of our neighbors encounter
disturbances caused by Advance Circuits, this committee would like to know. This
committee will then take the appropriate actions needed to resolve any problems
that you have. We have put together a strong group of individuals who would very
much appreciate your input concerning our goal of becoming a better corporate
citizen. Please feel tree to contact this committee if you wish to. The following
people constitute this committee: Kevin Storm, Chairman
Kerry Ann Koop
Steve Darling
Janice Vochaska
Cindy Menge
Lucy Lindsay
Ed Shofner
Cheryl Lynn Shelafoe
Glenn Nordquist

2. Since it is our goal to provide an immediate response to any of your concerns, we
are providing you with a pager # 642-3414 (skypage) so that you may contact a
supervisor immediately once you encounter any sort of disturbance. Once you
contact the Advance Circuits personnel, we will then respond immediately to
resolve the problem.

~
