<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />Screen Fence at Advance Circuits Inc. <br /> <br />Last week I spoke with Jim Robinson, from the City of White Bear Lake, <br />regarding the shopping center fence at County Road E and Century A venue. <br />Jim indicated that he was not aware of the cost of the fence in that Brad Hoyt, <br />the developer of the northeast comer, installed the fence and assumed the <br />financial responsibility. Jim's recollection was that the fence was 14 feet in <br />height and given wind load factors, was much more complicated and expensive <br />than a typical 6 foot screen fence. I tried to contact Brad Hoyt for further <br />information about the cost of construction of the fence but at this point, he has <br />not returned my call.
