The existing watermain and easement running between the <br />two buildings will need to be removed and relocated. <br />The Roseville utility Department will have to approve <br />the plans prior to any work being done. <br /> <br />2. The sidewalk on Terrace Drive should be extended <br />westerly to the west property line. <br /> <br />3. The catch basins at the west driveway must be relocated <br />to the new curb and gutter line. <br /> <br />4. Retainer glands shall be used on all watermain plugs. <br /> <br />5. That staff review and approve final plans. <br /> <br />6. That the existing two parcels be combined into one tax <br />parcel. <br />
