<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, July 14, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Advanced Circuits request for variance to the zoning ordinance at <br />1633 Terrace Drive. The applicant wishes to construct a 9,000 <br />sq. ft. addition which will connect the existing buildings <br />located at 1725 and 1633 Terrace Drive. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />July 26, 1993 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br />That part of the South 1045.0 feet of the North 1446.0 feet of <br />the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4), Section 4, Township 29 North, <br />Range 23 West, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said SE 1/4, <br />distant 400.0 feet South of the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4: <br />thence South along said West line of the SE 1/4, a distance of <br />400.0 feet: thence East along a line drawn at right angles to <br />said West line of the SE 1/4, and also being the centerline of <br />Terrace Drive, a distant of 1048.0 feet; thence North along a <br />line drawn parallel to the West line of SE 1/4, a distance of <br />393.29 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the North line <br />of the South 1046.0 feet of the North 1446.0 feet of the said SE <br />1/4; thence West along the said North line of the South 1046.0 <br />feet of the North 1446.0 feet of the said SE 1/4: a distance of <br />1048.02 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, except the <br />West 548.0 feet thereof, according to the united States <br />Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br /> <br />That part of the South 1046.0 feet of the North 1446.0 feet of <br />the SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of <br />said SE 1/4, distant 400.0 feet South of the Northwest corner of <br />the SE 1/4: thence South along said West line of the SE 1/4, a <br />distance of 400.0 feet: thence East along a line drawn at right <br />angles to said West line of the SE 1/4 to a point distant 1075.0 <br />feet West of the East line of SE 1/4; thence North along a line <br />drawn parallel to the said East line of the SE 1/4, to an <br />intersection with the North line of the South 1046.0 feet of the <br />
