The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal <br />and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. There is an existing watermain and easement running north <br />and south between the two buildings noted as Advance <br />Circuits which will have to be removed. The Roseville <br />Utility Department will have approve plans and be notified <br />24 hours before any work is done on the watermain. <br /> <br />2. The sidewalk must be extended westerly to the west property <br />line. <br /> <br />3. Care must be taken to not plant trees on top of any utility <br />service lines on the site. <br /> <br />4. Retainer glands shall be used on all plugs. (Lok-Tyton, <br />Mega Lug etc.) <br /> <br />s. The catch basins at the west driveway must be relocated to <br />the new curb and gutter line. <br />
