Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon, Fi- <br /> nance Director Chris Miller, and individual Department Heads were also present. Mayor <br /> Roe stated the purpose of tonight's meeting to discuss the 2015 budget. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced an opportunity for community volunteers to participate in "Com- <br /> munity Builds" to build playgrounds at Howard Johnson Park on June 7, 2014 and Mate- <br /> non Park on June 14, 2014. Additional information available by calling Rick Schultz at <br /> 651/792-7104. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that this was a municipal election year for the City of Roseville; with <br /> two councilmember seats and the mayoral seat up for election. Mayor Roe advised that <br /> candidate filing at a fee of $5.00 fee ran May 20 through June 3, 2014 during regular <br /> business hours at City Hall; and on June 20th, filing would be extended until 5:00 p.m. <br /> Additional information available on line at the City's website at ka- <br /> ri.collins@ci.roseville.mn.us or by calling Administrative Assistant/City Clerk Kari Col- <br /> lins at 651/792-7023. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that the Roseville Human Rights Commission was seeking two <br /> student members to serve on the Commission for two student vacancies through the <br /> 2014/2015 school year, open to students in I.S.D. No. 621 of 623, or those under the age <br /> of 21, with an application deadline of May 23, 2014.
