The location of the proposed <br />canopy will not affect site lines for traffic on Fairivew <br />Avenue or County Road B-2 therefore, given past practice we <br />would recommend approval of the 13 ft. front yard setback <br />variance for the motor fuel pump island canopy at 2441 N. <br />Fairview Avenue. <br />
