She agreed with Chair Groff that the Commission should talk to them about <br />what training and resources they are providing and how effective this is. <br />Commissioner Singleton suggested having a closed session meeting with the Police Chief <br />because of the active investigation. <br />Youth Commissioner Dao suggested asking the Police Chief what has changed in their training <br />since a set time frame. <br />Ms. Collins suggested a format similar to the one used by the Citizen's Academy Use of Farce <br />Training. <br />193 It was the consensus of the Commission to have Commissioner Singleton and Vice Chair Becker <br />194 meet with the Police Chief and report back to the Commission and also extend an invitation to <br />195 meet with the entire Commission. <br />196 <br />197 • League of Human Rights Commission <br />198 <br />199 Chair Groff stated he had attended the League of Human Rights Commission meeting. They <br />20o asked if Roseville would be willing to host the annual meeting in October. There would be 80- <br />201 100 people and it would include a lunch.
