<br />ADDITIONAL BUSINESS: <br /> <br />At the last Planning Commission meeting, Chainnan Wietecki asked staff to look <br />into the legalities of the City's right-of-way dedication policies. This related, in <br />particular, to the right-of-way asked for during the development review process. <br />Public Works staff are working with the City's Legal Counsel in the preparation of <br />a report on this matter. This report will be available at the next Planning <br />Commission meeting, September 8, 1993. <br />
