Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />NG2 Incorporated has applied for a amusement place license and 20 <br />amusement devices licenses at 2193 N. Snelling Avenue. <br />(previously Con-Co Shoe Store). The amusement place license is <br />for the operation of a laser tag family entertainment center. <br /> <br />The Police Chief has met with the applicant and discussed the <br />security plan for the amusement place operation. <br /> <br />The property is zoned correctly for this particular usage and <br />does not need a special use permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Cardinal of NG2 Incorporated will be at the meeting to <br />answer any questions the City Council may have about the <br />operation. <br /> <br />See attached information for description of the operation. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> <br />Motion approving/denying NG2 Incorporated application for a <br />amusement place license and 20 amusement devices licenses at 2193 <br />N. Snelling Avenue subject to the final approval of the security <br />plan by the Police Chief. <br />
