Currently Lava Links has 16 games and, with the expansion, are proposing to have 45 games. The license requirement for amusement devices is addressed in Section 109 of the Roseville City Code. This section also defines a "game room" as a business establishment where more than 50% of the gross receipts are derived from the operation of amusement devices. Special requirements for licensing of game rooms are also included in this section of the code. Most notable is the requirement that a gameroom be at least 1500 feet from any residence, school building, or park. For your information, we have included sales information from Lava Links detailing the distribution of actual sales in 1992 and 1993 to date, and projected sales for the remainder of 1993 into 1994.
