<br />Security Plan for La.erPort. the family entertainaent facility <br /> <br />LaserPort will require all players to complete a reqistration <br />¡liability waiver form with their name, address, telephone and <br />age (birthday) prior to playinq the qame. This allows us to deal <br />with any security concerns directly with the individual (or their <br />parents) by name. Additionally, it allows us to do follow up <br />marketinq with each player. <br /> <br />The outline of the House rules are as follows: <br /> <br />ALL PLAYBRS KUST FOLLOW THE LAS.RPORT CODE OF HONOR. <br /> <br />Code 1-1 - All players have been invited to enjoy our arena and <br />properly interact with staff and player members. <br /> <br />Code 1-2 - As this is a family entertainment center - positive <br />and respectful language is always the code. <br /> <br />Code 1-3 - The code requires that all players must refrain from <br />using any 'form of tobacco products. <br /> <br />Code 1-4 - The code does not permit the wearing of any colors by <br />players. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Code 1-5 - Each player will be fully briefed, prior to play <br />start, as to the code within the arena. The codes are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Equipment must be worn appropriately at all times. <br /> <br />The code insists there be no running. <br /> <br />The code prohibits any physical contact between <br />players. <br /> <br />All players agree the arena marshals are present <br />to help the game players to enjoy and learn the <br />qame. Their (marshall's) suggestions will always <br />be ~ollowed. <br /> <br />Code 1-6 - Truancy and loitering are never within the code. <br /> <br />Code 1-7 - Alcoholic beverages or other drug use is never a part <br />of the Code of Honor. <br /> <br />Code 1-8 - Codes of Honor request that all customer concerns are <br />to be in written form and directed to the manager. <br />
