Laserport is a project of NG2, Inc., which has been set up
exclusively to invest in family entertainment centers. It is
associated with similar companies in Portland, Boston and
'Honolulu who will all operate under the Laserport name.
Additional facilities under that name are a distinct possibility
in other mar~ets. Operators of LaserPort facilities will share
marketing information and certain system enhancements that they
will mutually invest in to keep the game exciting and successful.

Additionally, all Laserport facilities have agreed to pay a
monthly fee to ,their equipment supplier so that they can
continually work on upgrading the equipment and software. This
insures that Laserport locations will keep its client base
interested as the game improves.

KAØAGBKENT

NG2 has entered into a management contract with Bellcomb
Technologies' Incorporated to provide all management services for
its facilities. Bellcomb is the supplier of partitions for most
of the laser tag arenas in the united states. Theircorporate
offices are in a 30,000 square foot building in north Minneapolis
where they manufacture various honeycomb panel products.

They, in turn, have contracted with Bob Cardinal to handle the
day-to-day management of the facilities. Bob's resume, as well
as David Hartwell's, President of Bellcomb, are included as an
attachment to this executive summary.
