Burke Avenue. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />1. A public hearing was scheduled for the request of Carl and <br />Rosanne Reule for their request to divide the property they own <br />at 343 W. Burke Avenue before the Planning commission on <br />september 8, 1993 and again on September 27, 1993. The <br />applicants were unable to attend the Planning Commission <br />meeting, therefore, the Planning Commission continued the <br />hearing on this matter to their regular meeting of October 13, <br />1993. This would mean that the City Council could consider this <br />item at their October 25, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue the hearing on <br />Carl and Rosanne Reule's request for a division of a platted <br />lot at 343 W. Burke Avenue to the October 25, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1.
