The ftontage on Burke Avenue is 77.25 feet and the <br />north line of the property is 154.5 feet. Currently, a house and ftee standing <br />garage are situated on the north half of the parcel. It is the desire of the <br />applicants to divide this parcel in order to sell the southern portion. <br /> <br />2. Develooment Summarv <br /> <br />The lot division request is illustrated on the attached survey. As indicated <br />previously, the parcel ftonts on Burke A venue and Hand A venue. The total <br />parcel size is 40,749.4 sq. ft. The house and ftee standing garage are <br />currently situated on the north half of the parcel.
