Assessments of $2004.31 for street curb and gutter will <br />have to be paid if approved. <br /> <br />2. There are no sewer or water services for this lot. Both <br />will have to be built. Both sewer and water mains are in <br />the street. <br /> <br />3. Any curb cuts must be done as per Roseville standards. <br />
