WHEREAS, the City will consider the waiving of Sewer Access Charges if so <br /> determined the need exists. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that subject to further verification of <br /> development financing need that substantiates that"but for"the use of Tax Increment <br /> Financing for the redevelopment of 2785 Fairview would be unable to proceed and Sewer <br /> Access Charges need to be waived, the City intends to create and administer a Tax <br /> Increment Finance district limited in terms sufficient to minimally meet financial <br /> requirements of the development in compliance with state statutes. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
