The expanded lot at 398 Minnesota Avenue can support <br />reasonable single family development without requiring <br />variances. Therefore, staff recommends approval of the lot <br />division request at 2271 Western Avenue. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Sarah Cave's request for a division of <br />platted lot at 2271 Western Avenue with the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />a.
