Johnson <br />and Cushman. <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council- 9/27/93 <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8995, amending the May 9, 1983, Assessment <br />Policy to adjust the odd shaped lot formula to place an upper limit on the maximum assessable <br />frontage for R-l and R-2 properties which are not further divisible to be 1.5 times the R-l width <br />required by the current Zoning Ordinance, be adopted effective for all easements considered on <br />September 27, 1993, and thereafter. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 2:45 a.m. <br />
