<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - 9/27/93 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Carl and Rosanne Reule's request for division of platted <br />lot at 343 W. Burke Avenue be continued to the regular City Council meeting of October 25, 1993. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Sarah Cave's request for division of platted lot at 2271 <br />Western A venue be approved with the following condition: <br />1. That staff pay particular attention to drainage issues at the time the building permit application <br />is submitted. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Thomas Willmus' request for division of platted lot at <br />3040 N. Ramline Avenue be approved per staff report and recommendation dated September 27, <br />1993. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that Neal Wood's request for division of platted lot at 2250 <br />Acorn Road be approved. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Charles Kadrie's request for a 48 foot setback variance <br />to the Shore Land Management Ordinance to accommodate a 10 foot 6 inch kitchen addition toward <br />the lake to be built on the existing deck be denied and denying any requests for a variance for the <br />proposed deck that would extend closer to the lake than the kitchen addition and any further <br />encroachment on the lower level at 1281 Josephine Road. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Charles Kadrie's request for a 48 foot setback variance <br />to the Shore Land Management Ordinance to accommodate a 10 foot 6 inch kitchen addition toward <br />the lake to be built on the existing deck be approved and denying any request for a variance for the <br />proposed deck that would extend closer to the lake than the kitchen addition and any further <br />encroachment on the lower level at 1281 Josephine Road be continued to the regular City Council <br />meeting of October 11, 1993. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the bid for construction of the entry way and seating for <br />the John Rose Minnesota Oval be awarded to Arcade Construction in the low bid amount of <br />$154,900, with Alternate 2 in the amount of $2,500, for a total of$157,400. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1128, amending Section 34.030 of the City <br />Code of the City of Roseville which designates where aboveground flammable liquid storage tanks <br />are permitted by adding a new Paragraph C, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson and Cushman. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Minnesota Coaches request for a permit to install an <br />aboveground flammable liquid storage tank at 1743 W. County Road C be approved as proposed, <br />consistent with newly adopted language in Paragraph C of Section 34.030 of the City Code of the <br />City of Roseville. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that staff be directed to inform the State Fire Marshal's office <br />
