We also propose that the present house <br />on Parcel B maintain its address which plots to the approximate <br />point where the above easement intersects with Acorn Road. <br /> <br />It is planned that certain development restrictions will be placed <br />upon both parcels for their mutual benefit and that of their <br />neighbors. While these have not yet been finalized, they would <br />include preservation of trees and foliage, minimum building size, <br />construction style, etc. Access from any development of Parcel A <br />will be via Acorn Rd. <br /> <br />Overall, it is the desire of Mrs. Wood, and me as her <br />representative, to preserve the aesthetic quality of this unique <br />Roseville neighborhood and to ensure compatibility with our long- <br />time neighbors.
