Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 13, <br />1993, be approved. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of September 22, <br />1993, be approved. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6 be approved. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming October 18 - October 22, <br />1993, as "Recycling Awareness Week" be adopted. <br />
