Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8980, accepting work completed under 1992 Contract B and authorizing final payment in the amount of$38,575.91 to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota, be adopted. Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the attached Business License Applications be approved. Lexington Avenue be approved, and Planning staff asked to monitor and work with the landlord to prepare a parking analysis priorto issuance of the next license in August, 1994. Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a resolution ordering the County Road C Pathway project, City Project 93-12, be continued to the regular City Council meeting of October 11, 1993.
