Johnson. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Ac'cent Companies request for a Special Use Permit for <br />a truck leasing facility at 2507 Walnut Street be approved with the following conditions: <br />1. That fmal plans regarding lighting, landscaping, drainage, and design standards compliance <br />be approved by staff. <br />2. That the trailer parking lot, paving, and other improvements be brought into compliance <br />within three (3) years of approval of the Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8993, approval of the issuance of$16 million <br />of Housing Revenue Bonds to finance Care Institute Inc.'s proposed expansion of the Rosewood <br />Estates Senior Housing project at 2750 N. Victoria Street, be adopted. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8994, submitting requirements for Certificate <br />of Recognition from the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA), be adopted. <br />
