He has 90 days to appeal from the judgment, and <br />if he does that then the record on appeal would be exactly what was <br />introduced at the court trial, the Stipulation of Facts and the <br />pictorial Stipulation. I did call Dennis Smith on February 13 to <br />ask him what Kadrie intended to do. He said he shipped his entire <br />file over to the Felhaber, Larson firm at the request of Kadrie. <br />They are reviewing the file to determine whether to advise Kadrie <br />to appeal or not.
