Parking and loaciing requirements for all Business and <br />Shopping Center Districts: <br /> <br />A. Where parking and/or loading is allowed in the yard set- <br />back requirements of a Business District, no parking, <br />driveways or loading areas shall be permitted within 100 <br />feet of the normal high water line. <br /> <br />B. Parking, driveways, and loading areas which serve <br />Business uses which are contiguous to lake shore shall <br />be screened with a hedge, berm or fence no less than <br />five (5) nor more than six (6) feet in height. Such wall <br />shall be at least 85 percent opaque. <br /> <br />C. Surfacing and drainage of parking and loading areas <br />shall be as required in the official Zoning Code. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />18.130. Industrial Districts. <br />Requirements for all I Industrial Districts shall be as per <br />section 10.00, Industrial Districts, of the official zoning <br />Code except for the following requirements: <br /> <br />1. 1-1, 1-2 Industrial Districts: <br /> <br />A. Minimum lot area - 1 acre <br /> <br />B. Minimum lot width - 200 feet <br /> <br />C . Parking or loading areas which are contiguous to <br />lake shore shall not be permitted within 150 feet of the <br />normal high water line, except the parking of passenger <br />automobiles and driveways may be permitted. up to within <br />100 feet of the normal high water line. <br /> <br />B. Parking, , driveways, and loading areas which serve <br />industrial uses which are contiguous to lake shore shall <br />be screened in accordance to section 10.260 of the <br />Official Zoning Code. <br /> <br />105 <br />
