<br />18.140 <br /> <br />ZONING CODE <br /> <br />18.140. Natural Environmental Conservation Area (NECA) <br />Districts. <br />NECA Districts are areas demonstrating significant environ- <br />mental, natural and biological characteristics which produce a <br />need to establish firmer development controls than would <br />normally be required. <br /> <br />1. For purposes of this chapter, such districts shall only be <br />designated when contiguous to public body øf water as herein <br />before defined in section 93.080 (7), or when contiguous to <br />any other lake, pond or wetland, by resolution of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />. 2. All future development occurring within or in a portion of <br />an area designated as an NECA District shall be subject to a <br />review and approval of a General Development Plan and sub- <br />ject to a Conditional Use Permit under standards as outlined <br />in Section 93.170. <br /> <br />18.150. Water Suoolv. <br />1. Any public or private supply of water for domestic purposes <br />must conform to Minnesota Department of Health standards for <br />water quality, and public water supplies shall be used where <br />available and were feasible. <br /> <br />)) <br /> <br />2. No person, firm, or corporation shall install, alter, repair <br />or extend any private well without first obtaining a permit <br />thereof from the Chief Code Enforcement Officer for the <br />specific installation, alteration, repair or extension. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Application for permits shall be made <br />printed blanks or forms furnished by <br />Enforcement Officer, and shall be <br />applicant. <br /> <br />B. Each application for a permit shall have thereon the <br />correct legal description of the property on which the <br />proposed installation, al teration, repair or extension <br />is to take place. Each application for a permit shall be <br />accompanied by a plan of the site of reasonable scale <br />and accuracy showing the location of any proposed or <br />existing buildings located on the property. with respect <br />to the boundary lines of the property, and complete <br />plans of the proposed water supply system with <br />substantiating data, if necessary, attesting to the <br />compliance with the minimum standards of this chapter. <br /> <br />in writing upon <br />the Chief Code <br />signed by the <br /> <br />106 ' <br />
