It was constructed with I J s, one at 1 <br />and one on the . The principal structure is <br />located 37 feet from the shoreline and the at grade deck is <br />located within 15 feet of the shoreline. <br /> <br />4. In August of 1988, Mr. Kadrie applied for, and received, a <br />shoreline permit from the Roseville City council to locate an <br />addition between the house and the free standing garage. It <br />did not bring the house closer to the shoreline. In 1991, Mr. <br />Kadrie applied for the building permit for this addition to his <br />home. Attached to this permi t were plans that showed a <br />proposed expansion of the kitchen area onto the existina first <br />floor deck with a new deck being extended beyond this addition. <br />Based on permit valuation, and past approvals, it is clear that <br />the building permit was intended for the family room addition, <br />
