<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: October 5, 1992 <br /> <br />TO: Rick Jopke <br /> <br />FROM: Bob Rosenquist <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Kolstad Building, 2507 Walnut. <br />Butler Type Building, First Built 1961, Addition Built <br />1976. <br /> <br />1. The building does not meet the Minnesota Energy Code. <br /> <br />2. The walls of the building on the south side have been hit or <br />run into and are in poor condition along with the overhead <br />doors. <br /> <br />3. The heating system was installed for a warehouse in 1961 and <br />not designed to meet the Energy Code. <br /> <br />4. The building does not meet any handicapped requirements such <br />as parking, ramps to access buildings and sanitation <br />facilities. <br /> <br />5. The roof is rusting on 70-75% of the building. <br /> <br />6. The parking lot is gravel and does not have any curbing to <br />control water. <br /> <br />7. The site looks like there is not any storm water piping to <br />control run off from the parking lots. <br /> <br />8. There needs to be removal of the paint booth and possible <br />paint or thinner spillage on site. <br />
