Prior to this time, the <br />business operated in NE Minneapolis and earlier in West St. Paul. Business <br />growth is compelling the need to move to larger facilities. <br /> <br />As an important adjunct to its conversion business, the company is licensed by <br />the State of Minnesota to operate as a new vehicle dealer, selling a broad range <br />of accessible vehicles. This licensing enables the company to offer the <br />specialized counseling and seIVices required in providing vehicles that <br />coordinate specific vehicle and adaptive equipment functions allowing <br />disabled persons to either drive or ride as passengers, This dealer licensing <br />causes the need to receive a special use permit from the city. <br /> <br />The company is leasing 7,000 square feet in the Twin Lakes Corporate Center <br />located at 1905 West County Road C.
