Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, and v. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Parkridge <br />Development Corporation's request for rezoning from R- <br />1 to Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Comprehensive <br />Guide Plan amendment from low density residential to <br />medium density residential at 674 W. County Road C be <br />continued to the regular city Council meeting of March <br />28, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Theodore <br />Brausen's request for special Use Permit for an Off <br />Sale Liquor establishment at 2180 N. Dale street be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the business remain a mail order operation <br /> with over-the-counter retail sales. <br />2 . That there be no signage identifying the business. <br />3. That the Special Use Permit be limited to the time <br /> that a valid Off Sale Liquor License is in effect. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Theodore <br />Brausen's (T. C. Bear, Inc., dba Select vintage) <br />application for Off Sale Liquor License at 2180 N. <br />Dale Street be approved subject to the provisions of <br />the Special Use Permit. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Aladdin's Castle <br />request for Special Use Permit for an entertainment <br />center at 1705 W. Highway 36 be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the special Use Permit be limited to the time <br />that a valid game room license is in effect. <br /> <br />2. That closing hours be restricted to one-half hour <br />after Mall closing. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson.
