BACKGROUND <br /> <br /> <br />The site under consideration is located at 1875 W. Perimeter Drive. It is the <br />site of a fonner Mr. Steak Restaurant and Razzbeny's Restaurant and is <br />currently vacant. The property is zoned :a-I Band daycare facilities can be <br />considered as' special uses in this district (Section 8.280). <br /> <br />Development Summa~ <br /> <br />~ The new owners would like to establish a montessory school and day care <br />center in this space, servicing children ITom 6 weeks to 6 years of age. The <br />interior would be remodeled to accommodate this use. On the exterior, the <br />primary change would be the addition of a fenced play area attached to the <br />front of the building. Front yard setbacks in the B-IB zoning district are 30 <br />feet.
