To answer your questlon on the parking count of 256 CaBt we <br />chose to go with a 1/175 ratio for a higher count due to e):perJence, instead of the 511000 <br />ratio required by B2 zoning. The car COunt was calculated from the first and :second floors <br />of the building because the basement ancillary spaces arc used onJy by these tenants. except <br />for eight office workers.
