<br />b. Removal of the concrete curb and gutter on Grandview must be done as per <br />Roseville standards. <br />c. The new water services on the existing watermain in Grandview must be <br />tapped by Roseville's Utility Department. The street repair must meet <br />Roseville's standards. The contractor is required to take out the needed <br />pennits at City Hall for this work. <br />d. The location of the proposed new catch basins on Lovell Lane South will have <br />to meet Engineering Department standards. <br />e. The existing cul-de-sac at the end of Lovell Avenue does not meet City <br />standards. Snow storage is very short in the existing cul-de-sac. A study to <br />enlarge the driving area must be done at this time. <br />f. The plans must show the service locations. <br />g. All deferred assessments must be paid. <br />h. Previously approved landscaping plans to be extended to the 8 units. <br />1.
