The City Council approved a general concept planned unit development <br />plan and a preliminary plat at its December 13) 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />2. The hearing for the final development plan and final plat was continued <br />until February 14, 1994 to allow the applicant additional time to complete <br />the required documents. <br /> <br />3. The applicant has subsequently submitted the required documents for final <br />PUD and final plat approval. The plans submitted have been reviewed by <br />the Development Review Committee and found to be consistent with the <br />PUD concept plan and the preliminary plat for this property. Copies of <br />the final plat and development documents are included for Council <br />consideration. <br /> <br />4. CSM is proposing to redevelop a parcel of land in Roseville, located <br />south of County Road C, west of the Minnesota Transfer Railway right- <br />of-way, and north of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way. The <br />site commonly known as the Ettinger property is approximately 14 acres <br />in size and is zoned 1-2, General Industrial. The CSM proposal includes <br />demolishing a portion of the existing building, reconfiguring and <br />modifying the appearance of that building and adding two <br />office/warehouse facilities to this site. Total building square footage for <br />this site is proposed to be 212,744 sq. ft. <br />
