<br />Stafr Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve CSM Corporation's final <br />plat and final PUD development plan for the property located at 2360 W. <br />County Road C subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. A sidewalk along the south side of County Road C wiU be required. <br /> <br />b. All changes to County Road C, in particular~ proposed median cuts~ <br />must have Ramsey County Traffic Engineer's approval. The project <br />meets the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />2. It is further recommended that the Council authorize the Mayor and City <br />Manager to execute a planned unit development agreement and a <br />subdivision agreement between the City of Rosevil1e and CSM <br />Corporation for the development of the property at 2360 W. County Road <br />C. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve CSM Corporation's request for final plat and final <br />PUD development plan approval at 2360 W. County Road C with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. A sidewalk along the south side of County Road C will be required. <br /> <br />b. All changes to County Road C, in particular, proposed median cuts, <br />must have Ramsey County Traffic Engineer's approval. The project <br />meets the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />2. Motion to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute a planned <br />unit development agreement and a subdivision agreement between the <br />City of Roseville and CSM Corporation for the development of property <br />at 2360 W. County Road C.
