West Business Center <br />Ettinger Property <br /> <br />Dear Mike: <br /> <br />Further to our telephone conversation this morning, we would like to confirm the following <br />regarding our proposed development of Roseville West Business Center: <br /> <br />1) The Rice Creek Watershed District approved our proposed grading, drainage <br />and utility plans, and erosion control plan at its December 29, 1993 meeting. <br />These plans were the same plans submitted to the City of Roseville as part of our <br />original preliminary plat application. Enclosed please find a copy of the notice <br />of approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District, and a copy of the Permit <br />#93-204. <br /> <br />2) The Ramsey County Department of Public Works and Surveyor's office <br />approved the preliminary plat of Roseville West Business, subject to the <br />conditions set forth in December 20, 1993 correspondence from Mr. David <br />Claypool and Mr. Daniel Soler. The substantive change in the preliminary plat <br />was the dedication of an additiona14 1/2 feet of right of way on County Road C, <br />which change has been incorporated in the Final Plat. Prior to the <br />commencement of construction we will obtain the necessary permits as required <br />by the Department of Public Works. Enclosed for your review please find a copy <br />of the December 20, 1993 correspondence. <br /> <br />We have also enclosed a copy of the reduction of the proposed Final Plat for RoseviUe West <br />Business Center, which incorporates the required changes from the, County. <br />
