Constructed of steel not less than 4 inches in <br />diameter and filled with concrete. <br />b. Spaced not more that 4 feet apart on center. <br />c. Set not less that 3 feet deep in a concrete footing <br />of not les,s than 15 inches in diameter. <br />d. Set with the top of the posts not less that 3 feet <br />above ground. <br />e.
